Refund Policy

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of research-grade compounds and regulatory compliance requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.

Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will issue a replacement or store credit for: products damaged in transit (report within 7 days with photos); incorrect products shipped (report within 7 days); or purity below stated specification confirmed by independent third-party testing.

How to Request a Resolution

Email support@ironprairielabs.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photographs if applicable. We respond within 2 business days.

Cryptocurrency Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment, at the exchange rate at time of refund processing.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if not yet processed. Contact us immediately at support@ironprairielabs.com.
