CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin Blend is a research formulation combining a modified GHRH analogue (CJC-1295) with a selective growth hormone secretagogue (Ipamorelin). These two compounds work through entirely distinct receptor systems – GHRH receptors and ghrelin/GHSR-1a receptors respectively – to stimulate GH release through complementary pathways. Researchers have studied the mechanistic basis of CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin synergy.
