CJC-1295 No DAC (also known as Modified GRF 1-29 or Mod GRF 1-29) is a synthetic tetra-substituted analogue of the biologically active N-terminal 29-amino acid fragment of growth hormone-releasing hormone. Four amino acid substitutions improve its resistance to enzymatic degradation by dipeptidyl peptidase-IV (DPP-IV) and other plasma peptidases, extending its half-life to approximately 30 minutes compared to the 2-minute half-life of native GHRH(1-29).

Researchers have studied CJC-1295 No DAC for its ability to stimulate pulsatile GH release through the GHRH receptor while maintaining a half-life compatible with natural GH secretion rhythms. Unlike CJC-1295 With DAC, the No DAC version does not bind albumin and therefore does not produce sustained GH elevation, instead working with the body’s natural oscillatory patterns. Research has examined its pharmacodynamic profile in comparison to both native GHRH and the DAC version.

Preclinical studies have examined CJC-1295 No DAC’s interaction with simultaneously administered GHSR agonists like Ipamorelin, a common combination in research protocols designed to maximize GH pulse amplitude while preserving physiological timing.
