CJC-1295 (No DAC)

CJC-1295 No DAC (also known as Modified GRF 1-29 or Mod GRF 1-29) is a synthetic tetra-substituted analogue of the biologically active N-terminal 29-amino acid fragment of growth hormone-releasing hormone. Four amino acid substitutions improve its resistance to enzymatic degradation by dipeptidyl peptidase-IV (DPP-IV) and other plasma peptidases, extending its half-life to approximately 30 minutes compared to the 2-minute half-life of native GHRH(1-29).

Researchers have studied CJC-1295 No DAC for its ability to stimulate pulsatile GH release through the GHRH receptor while maintaining a half-life compatible with natural GH secretion rhythms. Unlike CJC-1295 With DAC, the No DAC version does not bind albumin and therefore does not produce sustained GH elevation, instead working with the body’s natural oscillatory patterns.
